Paws Plus are not liable for any illness or injury sustained by
your pet while in our care, unless caused by our negligence.
If your pet becomes injured or unwell while in our care, we will
make every effort to contact you or your nominated representative. However, if we are unable to contact you, Paws Plus will act in the best interests of your pet, which may mean taking your pet to
the vets. You (the client) will be liable for any veterinary or other expenses incurred from this visit.
You (the client) are responsible for providing all supplies
required to care for your pet (with the exception of dog waste bags). If Paws Plus need to purchase any additional supplies, this will be added to your bill.
Payment must be made within 3 working days of receipt of invoice.
Paws Plus reserve the right to refuse further services until any outstanding monies are paid. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Where necessary, arrangements for access to keys will be made in
advance of the commencement of service. Paws Plus will take all necessary steps to safeguard the security of clients keys and details of security alarms if relevant.
Paws Plus will take all necessary steps to ensure your home is
safe and secure in your absence. However, Paws Plus are not liable for any burglaries or damage to your home, unless proven to be caused by our negligence.
For block bookings of 3 days or more, a 50% deposit is required
before the commencement of service.
All bookings are subject to an initial meeting and
walk. You will not be charged for this service. It is essential that any behavioural issues are disclosed at this stage.
You (the client) should inform Paws Plus immediately of
any change in your dog’s behaviour or health. This includes bitches in season.
All dogs must be microchipped and wearing an ID tag in
compliance with current legislation.
Dogs attending group walks must have up to date
vaccinations, including Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and be in receipt of regular flea and worming treatment.
Paws Plus are not liable for any injury to third
parties caused by your dog, except as a result of our negligence.
Paws Plus will not walk dogs in extremes of weather,
which could compromise the health or safety of the dog or walker, such as thunderstorms, icy conditions and extreme heat. However, if necessary, we will still offer a home visit for a comfort break
All dogs will be exercised on the lead unless the
client has signed an agreement giving Paws Plus consent to walk their dog off lead.

Outside normal hours pop in visits only unless by special arrangement.
